Eagl Horse – Vendor’s Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Eagl Horse App Vendor Platform. By registering and listing products/services on our platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are subject to updates and modifications at the sole discretion of Eagl Horse.

2. Vendor Registration

  • Vendors must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information during registration.
  • Eagl Horse reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any vendor account without prior notice.

3. Product & Service Listings

  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all listed products/services are genuine, legal, and comply with applicable laws.
  • Misleading information, false pricing, or prohibited items are strictly not allowed.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Vendors have the freedom to set their own pricing.
  • All payments processed through the platform must comply with Eagl Horse payment policies.

5. Commission Structure

  • Offline Sales: A fixed commission of 10% will be charged on all offline transactions facilitated through the platform.
  • Online Sales: A commission ranging from 10% to 15% will be charged on all online transactions, depending on the product category, promotional campaigns, or platform policies.

Eagl Horse reserves the right to revise commission rates with prior notice

6. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Vendors must ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
  • Delays, cancellations, or failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties or account suspension.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Vendors must adhere to the platform’s return and refund policies.
  • Any disputes related to returns will be reviewed and resolved by Eagl Horse.

8. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate descriptions and images.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner.

9. Prohibited Activities

  • Selling counterfeit or illegal products
  • Manipulating prices or reviews
  • Misuse of platform services

Violation may lead to immediate suspension or termination.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Eagl Horse reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these terms without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Eagl Horse is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by vendors due to platform usage, delays, or technical issues.

12. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Vendors will be notified of significant changes.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By continuing to use the platform, vendors agree to abide by the latest version of these Terms & Conditions.
